hyperCAD®-S — CAD built for CAM
A dedicated CAD kernel designed entirely around the needs of CAM programmers — not repurposed from a design tool. Points, curves, surfaces, solids, and polygon meshes are handled natively, with electrode creation for EDM and support for all major import/export formats including STEP, IGES, CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, and Parasolid.
5-Axis Automatic Mode
Calculates optimal tool positions for 5-axis machining automatically — the programmer sets a preference angle and hyperMILL handles tilt calculation, collision avoidance, and smooth simultaneous movements. The new Minimum Clearance Angle option in 2026 provides even finer control over tool-to-part clearance.
NC code-based Virtual Machining
Most CAM software simulates based on the CAM toolpath — not the actual NC code that runs on the machine. hyperMILL VIRTUAL Machining simulates on the real NC code, catching issues that toolpath-level simulation misses. The result is dramatically fewer crashes and setup surprises at the machine.

High-precision surface mode
